Following clear and decisive guidance from the Government of Botswana, it is with regret that we wish to inform the Botswana public that the Board of the Lady Khama Charitable Trust and the SPAR Group have made the decision to postpone the SPAR Women’s Challenge Botswana & Lady K. RUN21 to a date later in the year (2020). This annual fundraiser was to be held at the University of Botswana Stadium on Sunday 05th April 2020. 

To date, there are NO CONFIRMED cases of COVID-19 in BOTSWANA, but the Board and SPAR Group agree that the health and welfare of all stakeholders is the highest priority. This decision is effective from today, Monday 16th March 2020. 

As this is currently a postponement rather than a cancellation, the following conditions prevail; 

1. All promotional activations will cease; 

2. Close of registration has been extended indefinitely, until a new date has been issued and approved by the necessary health authorities and governing bodies; 

3. On-line registration will continue; and 

4. Refunds will not be issued unless a cancellation is issued.
